Life Can Change In An Instant

Life can change in an instant especially with mother nature. Today at 10:41 AM GMT a 7.3 magnitude earthquake hit Van, Turkey. That's 5:41 AM Eastern and 2:41 AM Pacific. My good friend Asu Latham's home country is Turkey, please keep her and her friends in your thoughts and prayers like we her friends have been doing:

It's natural disasters like this that should make us all realize how truly blessed we are. We have food, a roof over our heads, warm clothes, people who love us, ect. We should be grateful for what we have, life is too short and can drastically change in an istant to worry about what we don't have. I am grateful for a working computer and internet, it's not the best but it works. I am grateful for my fiance Rob who I love with all of my heart. I couldn't picture my life without him. I am grateful for my friends, Liz, Amy, Sarah, Ellen, Asu, Lisa, Jen, Lippy, and so many more. My life wouldn't be the same without you all in it. I am grateful for My Hero, Idol, and Biggest Inspiration, Alyssa Milano and for twitter for giving me a connection to her that I thought I'd never have. She has made me smile and laugh when I thought I couldn't. She is Amazing, Beautiful, Sweet, and one of the most compassionate people on this planet. I wish more people could be like her. I am grateful for a lot people and a lot of things. Life is too short to be petty and greedy. Enjoy every moment because just like that it could be gone. So, I ask What are YOU grateful for today?

Ups and Downs Of My Life

Lately my life hasn't been all rainbows and sunshine. I have been down a lot but things seem to be looking up now and boy am I ever grateful for that. Between my dad drinking and calling me drunk talking about ending his life to my mom pressuring me to get all A's in my class it hasn't been a picnic but things seem to be taking a turn for the better now. I hope it lasts. First and trying not to brag but my Hero, Idol, and Biggest Inspiration followed me on Twitter!!! That made my whole year!! I never thought in a million years that would happen and I have my Sweet, Amazing, fiance Rob to thank for that! I Love him with all of my heart! He has been there for me through everything lately and I appreciate it and him so much!!! I couldn't imagine my life without him. Alyssa followed me at a time I really needed it and I can't thank her enough!! I actually smiled again when that happened and my heart started pounding so fast I just couldn't believe it. As my whole year was being made something awful happened too. My best friend Liz and I got into a fight and I really thought I lost her for good that night and boy am I glad I didn't. She has been there for me through so much and I could never bare to lose her for good. I love you so much Liz! Some other people I am forever grateful for are Amy (@kat2338), Asu (@asu_juliette), Jen (@jennilly24), Lisa (@bittersweet9), and Mar (@lionandthelamb2). I couldn't picture my life without any of them. I am glad I have each and every one of them in my life. I wouldn't have been able to get through anything without them.

Sometimes I ask myself "Why can't everybody be like Alyssa?" I don't know why I sometimes ask myself that I guess I just like to imagine what the world would be like if everybody was as compassionate and loving as Alyssa. I usually only think about this when I am down and upset but I realize afterward that people are who they are and yes I do realize how random this is but just wanted to get the thought out. I'm glad there is only one Alyssa and nobody could ever replace her in my heart. Seeing her tweets on twitter puts the biggest smile on my face and her group hugs make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, those are the things along with being on webcam with Rob that make my life better when it all seems to be crumbling down. I Love you Alyssa, you make my heart and mouth smile!

My dad is an alcoholic and I know it is a disease but growing up was tough but I got through and am still getting through it. Yesterday he called me said he drank 7 beers and took 2 sleeping pills a few days ago and tripped over and extension cord and hurt his head and hand. Then he said something I never expected he said that was a huge wake up call for him and he took his pills and through them away and said he's not drinking anymore. I hope it sticks this time. He quit cold turkey once before and only made it 2-3 months but I have faith. Staying positive about everything is what I need to do and will try to do even when things get tough.

To close I would like to share my 3 dreams in life: 1. To be with my fiance Rob 2. To be a published writer and 3. To meet my hero, idol, and biggest inspiration Alyssa Milano! I do hope all 3 come true someday! Well that's it I guess. Sorry for rambling so much!

Expressing My Opinion

I have to express my opinion on this. There is an account on twitter called BabyBugliari and they are a fan run account pretending to be Alyssa's unborn son. I find it wrong and disrespectful. I don't care what they have to say this is my opinion. Alyssa Milano is my Hero, Idol, and Biggest Inspiration and that fact that someone thinks it's ok to pretend to be her unborn son is unspeakable to me. I understand being a fan of her son I really do but pretending to be him and making pictures using random baby pictures from the web and photoshoppin them into pictures of Alyssa and saying that's them in her belly is just unbelievable wrong and going to far. This is her son we're talking about here a defenseless baby who hasn't even been born yet. How can someone pretend to be a baby? I don't understand. I love Alyssa very much and it hurts me that someone would pretend to be her unborn son. As my boyfriend Rob said," This is not a damn tv show this is someone's personal life", and it is, it's Alyssa's personal life this is her son and nobody should be pretending to be him. Alyssa deserves all the dignity, privacy, and respect in the world and that goes for those greedy, non human, paps who stand outside her yoga class and follow her home just for a picture. I wish they would leave her alone and giver her the respect and privacy she so deserves.

Being a fan is one thing but when someone goes as far as pretending to be a baby and the paps following her to her yoga and stuff that's just wrong very wrong. I wish there was something we could to do to stop people like this. The thing we all need to remember is Alyssa is not just a celeb, she's a human being just like the rest of us and deserves privacy and respect just like the rest of us. You may not agree with everything I say but it's my opinion and how I feel and writing is how I express it. I'm just trying to stand up for Alyssa someone who is Amazing, Beautiful, Sweet, Inspirational, and will be an amazing Mom. She's someone who I respect and love with all my heart, someone who I look up to and it hurts when people disrespect her like that. I ask you please think twice before doing something that could be disrespectul in anyway towards Alyssa she really doesn't deserve it.

Remembering my Grandpa 2 Years Later. RIP Pa!

2 years ago today my late grandpa passed away. Earl "Joe" Stein was born on March 1 1925 in White Pidegon, Michigan. He grew up in Clinton, Michigan where he met my Grandma, Ruth, in 9th grade. They got married on January 26, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan and about a year and a half later had my aunt, Debbe. In 1952, they had my mom, Melani. My late Grandpa was the oldest of 4 brothers and outlived them all. He was in the Navy for 22 years and constantly moved. My late grandpa had a triple bypass, lung cancer, 2 twisted bowels, and a fractured hip joint and still survived. Ever since the cancer he had trouble breathing. He was on oxygen 24/7 until he died. He also had sleep apnea. July 4, 2009 my grandpa passed away. His heart was only working at 25% when he passed away.

I remember he would say spaghetti was his favorite fruit. He did that to make me laugh and my Grandma makes mean spaghetti. He would call froot loops, frooty loops, just to be funny. We would have flag raisings in his backyard because he had a flag pole back there. He built a garden in his backyard and grew lots of stuff I don't remember all he grew but i was a lot. He did love his bar in the house he would have his martinis and bloody marys. He loved, golf, football, especially Michigan State football, He and my aunt would bet on the games when her Redskins played, she was always and still is for the Redskins and he was for the team playing the Redskins. I miss those bets. He love the History Channel, especially shows about the Civil War. He loved the shows NYPD Blue, Law and Order, and he would watch the news every night. He was a staunch Republican and so is my Grandma. You never ever get them started on politics. He and I would play Acey Ducey the Navy's version of backgammon.

Well I can't think of anything else just RIP Pa i used to call him Pa. 1925-2009. He would have been 86 this year. my Grandma will be 86 in November.

Something That Gets On My Nerves and Makes Me Sad!

I have to express my opinions and feelings on this. My Hero Alyssa Milano tweeted yesterday that she "wish the paparazzi would leave her alone at yoga class and that bloggers would stop buying the pictures and posting them". It makes me sad that Alyssa can't even go to her yoga class without the paparazzi being there. It's not fair that just because she is a celebrity these "people" follow her and take pictures of her. Being a paparazzo is not a job it's people who stalk and take pictures of other people for their pleasure and money. Nobody should have to go through that in my opinion. Everyone is entitled to privacy and I think Alyssa deserves all her privacy and to be able to go to yoga class without the paparazzi being there and to enjoy her pregnancy too. This is a very special time in her life and she should have all the privacy she wants and needs to enjoy it. I think somebody should go around and take pictures of the paparazzi see how they like it. That wouldn't stop them though. I wish there was a way to stop them. I know that Alyssa's Army would block all the paparazzi from Alyssa if we could. It just makes me sad and gets on my nerves that this has to happen to her. I love Alyssa so much and she shouldn't have to deal with this. I guess that's all I have to say right now. I would like to add a little something I just wrote to this blog post:

I love Alyssa Milano and I can’t stand the fact that the paparazzi thinks it’s ok to follow her around on foot and by car and it scares me that something bad will happen to her one day, like getting in a car crash because of the damn paparazzi. It’s not fair! Alyssa is the sweetest, most compassionate, and amazing woman on this planet and she deserves respect and privacy from everybody. Alyssa is going to be a mom soon and she deserves privacy to enjoy this special time in her life with the ones she loves. I wish there was something I could do to help her and protect her from these “people”. I mean it’s not real job if all you do is go around stalking people to take their picture, it’s a crime is what it is. There should be a law to prevent such horrible acts. It’s weird I actually feel guilty for being a regular girl who doesn’t have the paparazzi following me every day and night. I want Alyssa to have that too so bad. She deserves it more than anybody. The way she handles it though makes me love her even more. She’s so inspirational! I want her to be able to walk down the street with her husband, son, hopefully future children, and dogs without being harassed by the paparazzi. Just leave Alyssa alone for crying out loud show some respect just be a decent human being for once in your lives and see what you’re really doing to her and all the other celebs too. Alyssa we’re here for you every day and we support and love you no matter what.

Letter to Alyssa Milano!

So last night I was very upset and angry there was a guy on twitter who was being rude to everyone and Alyssa Milano! I haven't been that upset and angry about something like that in a long time but anyway I wrote this letter to Alyssa a little while ago just felt the need:

Dear Sweet Alyssa,

You are the sweetest most beautiful woman in the world. Alyssa’s Army always has your back and we always will. You don’t deserve any rudeness or disrespect of any kind especially from that guy last night. Anybody who wishes ill on an unborn child has no conscience or sympathy of any kind. I can’t tell how mad and sad that made me and everyone. Alyssa’s Army came together last night for you and that rude guy is no longer on twitter as far as I know. I can’t tell you how happy we all are about that. He was rude to just about all of us as well. I wish you didn’t have to see such horrible tweets like those from last night, but there are so many more of us who tweet you love everyday. I’m so glad that all the rudeness from last night is over and dealt with.

Your precious baby boy will be happy, healthy, and strong just like his mom. Don’t worry about what other rude people may say; the only thing that matters is what YOU know and how YOU feel. You and your sweet baby boy are so blessed and will always be blessed. I hope you, David, and your baby boy live a long, happy, healthy, life; filled with nothing but peace, love, and happy memories. You deserve every bit of this happiness in your life and don’t let any body make you feel any different.

We all love you and your baby boy so much! I love you and your baby boy so much! We’re always here for you when you need us and we always will be. You’re our Angel, Hero, Idol, Inspiration, and friend. We’re all so very proud of you and you mean so much to each of us and me.

My Letter To The Haters Of Alyssa Milano

I just wrote this letter to the haters of Alyssa Milano. Just some things I had to say. Don't judge me too harshly.

Dear Haters of Alyssa Milano,

There are just some things I have to say to you. I’ll never understand why you chose to hate someone so beautiful, selfless, amazing, talented, and sweet. She has never done anything (in my opinion) to provoke such hatred and yes I’m talking to the ones who leave such awful comments under articles I read about her and the ones who tweet her such awful things sometimes. I actually pity you for having hatred in you. Alyssa is a human being just like the rest of us and doesn’t deserve your unkind words and disrespect.

If you wish to talk such hate about lovely Alyssa, I wish you would do it offline where none of us loyal fans and Alyssa can read it. When you talk such hate about Alyssa it makes me so mad but it also makes me sad to know there are people out there who feel that way about her. I love her so much and wish you could see her the way I see her. I understand everyone has there own opinions but I wish hating Alyssa wasn’t one of them.

Like Alyssa said in a tweet, “If you’re nice to me I’ll be nice to you. If you’re a douche to me I’ll still be nice to you”. I love that tweet makes me so proud to be a fan of hers. I think it’s amazing that even though you are so mean to Alyssa she’ll never be mean to you really speaks highly of her character. Now, in our hearts Alyssa is NOT a “D” list celeb she is an “A” list celeb. The word “celeb” I really don’t like it I think of her more as a friend now. Anyway I may be mad and sad at what you say about Alyssa but I could never hate you (even though sometimes I might feel like it).

So please, please stop hating on Alyssa. I know you’ll probably never stop but it doesn’t hurt to try right? I wish there was no such thing as hate in the world it would be a much better and safer place for everyone if there wasn’t any hate, but I’m probably just dreaming that. I just wish you wouldn’t hate on Alyssa she really doesn’t deserve it.

The Beautiful, Amazing, and Sweetest Alyssa Milano who also happens to be my idol and hero is pregnant with her first child with husband David Bugliari!!







I'm so happy, thrilled, excited, and everything else that goes in that group of happy feelings and such!! Alyssa deserves this more than anybody. I wish her love, happiness, joy, peace, light and f course lots of Baseball! :) Alyssa and David will be Amazing parents and Alyssa will be an Amazing Mom!!! I hope God blesses them with a happy, healthy baby!! Don't judge me but I kinda hope she has a girl. 50/50 chance right. I will remember this day for the rest of my life!!!
