@Alyssa_Milano & Milo raising money for St. Jude for Milo's 1st Birthday!

My Hero Alyssa Milano is being her inspirational and amazing self once again. Alyssa and her beautiful baby boy Milo are raising funds for a 4 year old boy with Leukemia and St. Jude where he is being treated for Milo's 1st birthday. Alyssa is truly amazing and my biggest inspiration in life. When somebody needs help she is there to help whether man, woman, child or even animal she is there to help. She reminds me that there is still good in this world and that all of us need to do what we can to make our world a better place.

Senseless Tragedy

I went to bed last night and everything was fine and normal. I woke up this morning to my fiance Rob telling me about this mass murder in a theater in Aurora, Colorado. I was totally shocked and sadden by this senseless violence. I can't believe this keeps happening and I will never understand it. I will never understand why we have to kill each other.

The first thing that came to my mind when I first heard about this tragedy was the Virginia Tech Tragedy in 2007. I remember that like it was yesterday. Some of you don't know but I am orginally from Virginia. I was born and raised in Richmond. I was at college that day and was driving home and heard about it on the radio. I was completely shocked. I remember getting home as fast as I could turning on CNN and calling my best friend Sarah. One of our closest friends went there but she was fine. My cousin graduated from there. Sarah and I know other people who went there. I couldn't believe that was happening in my home state. So this morning when I heard about the tragedy in Colorado I was like "no not again." I don't understand some of the people in our world. I don't understand all of the hate and violence. I may seem old fashioned and I am only 24 my dad says I was born in the wrong decade and that I should have grown up in the 60's because I have such a hippie mentality. I believe in peace and love for all. What we can all take from this tragedy is that we only live once. We need to make the most of our lives and do all we can to make our world a better place. We need to say "I love you" to the ones we love the most because we might not get that chance again. Make everyday count for something good. Be grateful for what we do have. Look up to the amazing people we do have in our world such as my hero Alyssa Milano. 

My hero Alyssa Milano tweeted once " I want a world where we take of each other and our beautiful planet. One people. One planet. One Love." That is my favorite tweet ever of hers. I hope we have a world like that someday. Alyssa is such a huge inspiration to me and others and gives me so much hope for humanity especially during times like today. She is such a positive and good force in a world full of hate and violence. If we all take inspiration from her and do what we can to make our world a better place I am sure we can achieve a world that Alyssa and I want. We need more role models like Alyssa in this world.

Today is a very special day for my fiance Rob (@lil_red_man) & I!

Today is a very special day for my fiance Rob and I. It's our first anniversary of being together as a couple. 1 year ago today we decided to start dating and I can't believe it's been a year already. It's been a bumpy road but we are still together and always will be. Somehow we've managed to stay strong and together through all the bad stuff we've had to deal with over the past year with certain people and I am glad we are past it all now. We are stronger than ever and so is our love. I am so happy I have found the one I want to be with for the rest of my life, my soul mate, true love, lilredman, and prince charming. I could never picture my life without me. He completes me in every way and puts up with my mood changes at certain times and I am so thankful for that. I feel bad that I can be a pain at times but I can't help it. I can't wait to be with him forever. He makes me laugh and smile everyday and is always there for me. He completes me in every way possible and makes me believe anything is possible. I have found my true love and I know everyone else can to if they never give up and keep believing. 

I have to thank some special people who without this special day wouldn't have been possible!

My hero Alyssa Milano. Alyssa is amazing and beautiful in everyway. She is the reason Rob and I are together today. She brought us together and for that I can't thank her enough. Alyssa makes me feel like anything is possible if I just keep believing and never give up. She gives me hope and makes me smile even when I don't want to. She makes me feel like I can do anything. She's my biggest inspiration in life and my idol. Her beautiful, compassionate heart spreads love and kindness to all. She is the best role model we have today and my role model as well. Alyssa always makes me feel like everything will be ok. It is one of my biggest dreams to meet Alyssa and I hope and pray that someday that dream will come true. I love you so much Alyssa and I always will! 

Rob and My BFF and sis Jen! Jen is sweet, amazing, beautiful, and talented. She is always there for us and always supports us. She makes me smile and laugh and I can't thank her enough for everything she does for us. One day I can see the 3 us doing the M&M dance together LOL (If you don't get that it's ok). Jen has always stood by us no matter what. We will both love her forever and that will never change. We will be friends forever thanks to Alyssa Milano bringing us together as she does for so many people. Thank you so much Jen for everything you have done and will continue to do for us. We love you so much!! 

My BFF Lisa! Lisa makes me happy and smile! She is always there for Rob and I and is and always will be so supportive of us. She is beautiful and amazing! She always knows what to say to make me feel better. We will be BFF's forever and that will never change. Thank you Lisa for always being there for Rob and I! We love you so much and we always will! 

Rob and My BFF Natalie! Natalie is amazing and beautiful. Always makes me laugh and smile. Always there for Rob and I and always so supportive of us. Us 3 are trying to lose weight and we support each other and will until we succeed and that motivates me more than anyone will ever know. We will always be friends and that will never change. Thank you so much Natalie for all you have done and will continue to do for Rob and I! We love you so much and always will! 

Those are the main people who without this special day wouldn't be possible there are others who are always there for us too: Dani, Pamela, Steph just to name a few more. We appreciate all who have been there for us through this year and will continue to be there for us for years to come!
